Sheeba Stainless Steel (“we” and “us”) is the operator of (www.sheebastainless.com) (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
GENERAL
We normally fulfill the customer’s order by shipping however, in certain cases it is subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
SHIPPING COVERAGE
Currently, we ship only within India however it depends on our shipping partners’ serviceable areas. In case you live in a place where our delivery partners will not deliver, we may ask you to provide the closest address where it can be delivered.
During checkout, one of the steps is delivery area check where you can input your Pincode to find whether our shipping partners deliver to your address.
You are required to give the complete delivery address for successful delivery. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to the incomplete address.
We accept orders from all over the world but currently, the delivery is limited within India. All International customers placing orders are required to give a shipping address within India.
SHIPPING METHOD
Our shipping partners are domestic courier companies and the Indian postal service so your orders are shipped through couriers and speed post.
Sheeba Stainless Steel will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Shipping charges will be collected with the purchase.
We also provide free shipping under promotions or offers or coupons which is at the sole discretion of Sheeba Stainless Steel. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more details.
RETURN SHIPPING
All return shipping will be paid by you (customer’s expense) and will be required to arrange your shipping.
Sheeba Stainless Steel will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the COD handling charges for the customers who purchased under Cash on Delivery.

DISPATCH TIME
All orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of the order. We operate from Monday to Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time we are closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
DELIVERY
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Date of delivery may vary due to Courier companies / Postal service practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
For a change of delivery address requests, we can change the address at any time before the order has been completed/dispatched.
ITEMS OUT OF STOCK
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
Upon dispatch, customers will receive tracking details from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
PACKAGES DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you find a package is damaged in transit, please reject the delivery from the courier and if possible, take photographs of the damaged package or If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer care immediately for the next steps.
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
GST TAX
GST tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.
PARCEL LOST IN-TRANSIT
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
