Sheeba Stainless Steel is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased products through www.sheebastainless.com and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange if returned the product within 15 calendar days of your purchase.
To begin with your return for refund or exchange, you are required to get in touch with our customer service team through the below-mentioned channels with complete details:

We will verify the nature of the product complaint and will send you an email asking you to proceed with product return either for refund or exchange.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Doing so is at your own risk and we are not responsible to compensate or refund or exchange.
If you notice that the shipment is damaged or tampered at the time of delivery, we recommend you not to accept the delivery of the shipment and if possible, try to take photographs of the shipment. In such cases, you are requested to inform us (by sending the photographs if possible) immediately for us to take further action.
To be eligible for return and refund or exchange, the following steps must be taken:
- You are required to notify us about the defect or damage or mismatch of the size of the product within 2 days from the date of your purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase.
- The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags/labels are in place and re-sellable condition.
- You are required to courier back to us within 2 days from the date of our notice using a reputed trackable shipping service. We are not responsible if the returned item is lost during courier transit in such case you are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
- If any or all the products that were originally part of an order placed using a promotion or coupon or offer are returned then the promotion or coupon or offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the promotion or coupon or offer will also not be included in the refund. If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer, failing which the refund would not be processed unless we get all products in one within the stipulated time as mentioned above.
- You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If you are approved, then your full refund will be processed within 7 working days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. However, it depends on your payment service provider to credit to you.
Cash on Delivery
- COD handling fees are non-refundable.
- If you are approved, then you will be refunded in the feasible payment method after you and Sheeba Stainless Steel agree for one in the email.
Late or missing refunds
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted in your account so we recommend you to wait for some time or you need to check with your payment service provider before contacting us.

Sheeba Stainless Steel is committed to its customers, and while we stand by our policy as written above, the return process of the product may be restricted by us depending on the nature and category of the product and in the event of frivolous and baseless complaints regarding the quality and content of the products, Sheeba Stainless Steel reserves the right to take necessary legal actions against you and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by Sheeba Stainless Steel in this regard.
